Three Interconnected Pathways

REV operates within a shared ecosystem transformation framework,
delivered through three interconnected pathways.

Civic Innovation

Community-driven piloting and applied innovation to address public challenges such as sustainability, access to health, affordability, and inequality. We work with municipalities, public institutions, and community partners to pilot new approaches to complex challenges.

Youth as Ecosystem Changers

Intentional, meaningful involvement of young people as emerging ecosystem shapers. This pathway builds systems literacy, leadership, and agency, enabling youth to participate in and influence the systems that shape their futures.

Entrepreneurship as a Path for Ecosystem Impact

REV supports entrepreneurs by providing access to networks, knowledge, and resources that enable venture creation and reinvention.

Where Ideas Collide

REV is situated on the third floor the Royal Roads John Horgan Campus in Langford, BC. The centre is a hub for intellectual and entrepreneurial collisions, where diverse talent can experiment, research, and collaborate.

The space was intentionally created to welcome people, featuring flexible configuration, integrated technology, and easy access for remote attendees. It includes an innovation studio, meeting rooms, creative spaces, and mentorship rooms.
